Audra will be hoping Victoria can persuade Victor to support Adam, but she will need Nate’s assistance to carry out that strategy.
Phyllis’ Emotional Plea and Lily’s Return
After Heather is dealt with, she will play tough with Christine by threatening to have her dismissed from the prosecution of Phyllis. But in the end, Phyllis will decide that a plea bargain is acceptable if it keeps Summer out of jail.
When Phyllis appears before the judge, she will speak passionately about the anxiety she experienced when Jeremy threatened her.
The judge will hear Phyllis apologize for her behavior and hear her plead with him to keep her out of jail so she can make amends with her family and complete community service.
When Daniel and Mariah run into Lucy Romalotti at the park, Lily Brooks O’Briant, who played Lucy in the previous season of Y&R, will appear in scenes with both of them.
Phyllis’ sentencing is coming up, so that should be a nice diversion, but the big moment will come eventually. When she finds out about the judge’s ruling, Phyllis will be forced to make some sort of amends for her crimes.
It’s just a matter of how harsh that punishment will be! We will see how Phyllis’ situation develops in the end as it appears that Christine’s rash decision will play a role in how everything turns out.
Abby’s Wedding Threatened
When it comes to assisting Jack and Ashley in coming to a truce, Abby will turn to Diane for assistance. However, Abby will still find herself in the middle of a heated sibling conflict that is on the verge of getting out of hand.
The good news is that before Ashley’s nuptials to Tucker, Jack and Ashley will reach a compromise. Unfortunately, Jack and Ashley will continue to plot against one another! Billy will take on a new task, but will he remain in Jack’s camp or allow himself to turn out to be Ashley’s real ally instead?
It will lead to a grilling session when she runs into Audra at the coffee shop while she is back with Diane. Diane will be interested in finding out more information about Audra’s relationship with Kyle and her specific goals.
The week of August 14–18 will see Nick make a startling discovery. That might have something to do with Kyle’s sex betrayals with Audra and the speed with which he moved past Summer. It will be interesting to see what Nick discovers because there may yet be another surprise for him to discover.
Victor’s Power Play and Chelsea’s Dilemma
