The episode after “Touts” revealed Agent Forrester to be missing, but the season finale explained the character’s location. The NSA liaison Brian Lange discovers that Scott Forrester went to Norway to free his mother, who is being held captive, in the first scene of the season finale. Although the Norwegian government had not approved such an act, the Fly Team chose to assist Forrester, making the mission extremely dangerous.
