On March 15, 1975, Eva Jacqueline Longoria Bastón (née Longoria) was born in the United States. She is an actress, producer, and director. Her portrayal of Isabella Braa on the CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless, in which she starred from 2001 to 2003, earned her recognition after several guest appearances on various television series.
She is best known for playing Gabrielle Solis on the ABC drama series Desperate Housewives, which ran from 2004 to 2012. For this role, she was nominated for a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award.

Longoria claimed that the money she earned from her role as Isabella was insufficient to allow her to quit her other day’s job, so she carried on working from her dressing room. To maintain her day job, Longoria had to keep her part in The Young and the Restless a secret.
For talking about her experience on The Young and the Restless, Eric Braeden chastised Eva Longoria.

Eric Braden, who has played Victor Newman on The Young and the Restless since 1980, was upset by Longoria’s interview on Who Is Talking to Chris Wallace on Sunday.
During her segment on CNN, the Desperate Housewives alum, 48, reflected on her time as Isabella Braa on the CBS soap opera from 2001 to 2003.
