Madison: Who is she?

Madison was a fifteen-year-old student who engaged in “car stealing, drug use, and father beating.”

Danielle Bregoli’s own drug usage and criminal history were reflected in Madison’s narrative, but unlike the Internet celebrity, Madison departed the stage as a guest, not a star.

What happened to Madison on Dr. Phil?

A Colorado lady is suing “Dr. Phil” host Phil McGraw for allegedly pressuring her parents into sending her to a Utah clinic where she was repeatedly touched by a male staff member and then penalized for coming up with the alleged sexual assaults.

Hannah Archuleta said in a negligence lawsuit submitted this week in Los Angeles County Superior Court that when she came on the talk program in October 2019 to discuss her stresses, she was 17 and had self-destructive contemplations.

Afterward, Archuleta was ordered to go right away to the Turn-About Ranch in Escalante, Utah, by McGraw, a man with a degree in psychology but who is neither a licensed psychologist nor a medical practitioner.

Allegations of Coercion and Manipulation

Phil said that Hannah needs to go to the Farm to get an opportunity at a decent life.

In addition, it claims that McGraw personally persuaded Tony Archuleta to send his daughter to the clinic by telling him he had a P.hd. in wimping out” and that he needed to “dig in his heels and tell Hannah.” She was going to the ranch right after the recording.

“On the off chance that the reset button isn’t squeezed, Hannah will likely end up on a single direction road to stun treatment,’ where they would lash her somewhere near force in a structure,” McGraw allegedly claimed in the complaint.

McGraw supposedly guaranteed in the grumbling that in case the reset button isn’t crushed, Hannah will probably wind up on a solitary course street to paralyze treatment,’ where they would lash her someplace close to driving in a design.

According to the complaint, Heather Archuleta’s mother suffered a panic attack because her parents were under so much pressure to sign the paperwork to commit Archuleta.

The complaint claims that the staff of the program assured Archuleta that McGraw was “personally invested” in aiding her family and that they had arranged for a medical service to transport her from the Paramount Pictures sound stage to the remote cattle ranch where the clinic is located.

According to the lawsuit, “Dr. Phil’s program offered to “pay expenses for everything, including car rental, airfare, meals, and lodging for Hannah.”

However, it asserts that despite there having been multiple alarming incidents at the clinic, including the death of a camp counselor in 2016 who was reportedly beaten to death with a metal bar by a 17-year-old kid, the show failed to alert the family to these problems.

After arriving, Archuleta discovered that a clinic employee was abusing her, according to the lawsuit. Her father allegedly removed her from the program and reported her to the neighborhood sheriff’s office after she wrote home pleading for assistance. The sheriff’s office has been contacted by NBC News to confirm the story.

Legal Battle Unfolds

Along with McGraw, other defendants in Archuleta’s complaint include CBS Broadcasting, ViacomCBS, Peteski Productions, Paramount Pictures Corp., and Stage 29 Productions, a company owned by the McGraw family.

Archuleta’s parents decided to take their child to the clinic, according to a statement from McGraw spokesperson Jerry Sharell, who also warned that “this case will be vigorously contested.”

Documents signed by the Archuletas show that none of the defendants, in this case, were involved in her program at the institution, it said. As far as we know, she later filed a lawsuit against the Turn-About Ranch, but it was later rejected and re-filed.

Sharell was referring to a case that was dropped in June that was brought by Gloria Allred on behalf of Archuleta against Turn-About Ranch but not against Dr. Phil.

The Archuletas made other claims in the complaint that McGraw had a financial connection to the ranch and had referred other patients there.

Sherill stated in his statement that there are not now and never have been any financial links to the Turn-About Ranch.

Allred is the attorney for Archuleta, who is asking for undisclosed damages.
