Sean Kanan has portrayed a variety of roles during his career, including the evil karate kid Mike Barns in The Karate Kid III, the fallen golden boy A.J. Quartermaine from General Hospital, and the bad boy Deacon from The Bold & Beautiful.

He has, however, also taken on an entirely new position in the last ten or so years: that of a writer.

A Tragic Good Bye!

He collaborated with businesswoman and motivational speaker Jill Liberman to write and publish Success Factor X in 2019.

Together, they conducted success-related interviews with media stars, corporate titans, and even award-winning performers. They also went on a joint national tour and did interviews once the book was published.

Therefore, it is understandable why the two were not just business partners but also friends. However, Kanan has now announced the tragic news of Liberman’s passing.
