After the prosecutors stated that their investigation into Biden is still underway, Judge Maryellen Noreika grilled them with inquiries.

In anticipation of a new plea’s acceptance, Biden issued a not guilty plea after 1 p.m. EST. Noreika stated that she needs written responses.

Prosecutors claim that despite having a tax debt of over $100,000, Biden failed to pay taxes on revenue of more than $1.5 million in 2017 and 2018.
