Stephanie Moseley began her artistic journey at the age of two. Raised by a single mother in Vancouver, Canada, Moseley was determined to succeed even as a child.

Police say they were called to the Park La Brea area of Los Angeles at around 7.30 am. When officers arrived at the couple’s apartment complex, they heard additional shots fired.
