This accolade was given in celebration of Michael’s remarkable Formula One career. Corinna updated her admirers during her address.
She said that Michael is missed every day. But she’s not the only one who misses him. It’s his father, the kids, his relatives, and everyone in his immediate vicinity.

It’s crucial to Corinna that he be able to continue taking pleasure in his personal life. Michael has always kept his family safe, and it’s their turn now.
In an interview with Bild, Jean Todt provided further information and praised Corinna’s qualities.
He said that since Michael’s tragic skiing accident on December 29, 2013, he’s spent a lot of time with Corinna. She is an amazing woman and is in charge of the family.
“I’ve spent a lot of time with Corinna since Michael had his serious skiing accident on December 29, 2013. She is a great woman and runs the family.
She hadn’t expected that. It happened suddenly and she had no choice. But she does it very well. I trust her, she trusts me.
Thanks to the work of his doctors and the cooperation of Corinna, who wanted him to survive, he survived – but with consequences. And right now, you are fighting the consequences. We hope that things will slowly but surely improve.”
