Casualty is a British medical drama series that airs weekly on BBC One. It was Jeremy Brock and Paul Unwin’s creation, and on September 6, 1986, BBC One in the UK aired its premiere.

Bleasdale desired Josh’s life to end happily after a string of unfortunate incidents. He had no desire to role-play a death scene. According to Bleasdale, Josh would experience “true happiness” near the end of the show. While on vacation, Josh met and fell in love with a woman.
He then decided to leave Holby to be with her and shared a “touching farewell” with his friend Charlie Fairhead (Derek Thompson).
Who did Josh marry in Casualty?
From their marriage to Helen Griffiths, the couple had two children: Ashley and Sarah. When they perished in a house fire in 1997 while he was at work, he was devastated.
He eventually remarried Colette Kierney years later, but they eventually split up, and she filed for divorce.
