Derek lay on his back, not moving, as trainers rushed out to help him. When the ESPN broadcast came back from a commercial, it showed Watt walking to the sidelines with assistance.
According to the Steelers, Watt was put into concussion protocol right away and declared ineligible for the game at halftime.
