Caleb Willingham, also known as “Killa K” or “Double K,” was in a state of separation from his wife before his passing at the age of 40.
The TLC program revolves around Amy and Tammy Slaton, two sisters who weigh more than 1,000 pounds combined. The show captures the dramatic moments as they strive to shed weight through various endeavors.
The initial encounter between Willingham and Tammy Slaton occurred during their simultaneous 14-month stint in a rehabilitation center.
Tammy was seeking weight reduction in preparation for bariatric surgery, while Caleb was undergoing treatment for obesity-related issues at the same facility.
