Lara was poolside with James Longman, a foreign correspondent, when he stripped down to his swimsuit.
Lara and her co-star accessorized their swimsuits with red flower-adorned bathing caps and nose pins, showcasing their sporty and goofy sides.
Coach Bill May then led them to the edge of the water, where they attempted an artistic swimming routine.
Despite multiple attempts at getting it wrong, the couple accepted everything in stride as they dove in and out of the water on national television.
Lara was an athlete in the past, so she has experience swimming. She didn’t show any hint of nervousness, despite having to appear on TV in just a swimsuit.
“I have always been athletic, and I believe that participating in sports is the best way to work out,” she said.
