Fans of Days of Our Lives are wondering whether John Black and his co-star Drake Hogestyn are leaving the show after he dropped a shocking bombshell.
Fans of Days witnessed today as John told Marlena (Deidre Hall) everything that happened at Konstantin’s (John Kapelos) and Maggie’s (Suzanne Rogers) wedding.
The doctor did her best to remove her husband, but John made a mistake that might have ended up costing Steve (Stephen Nichols) his life.
Fans of “Days of Our Lives” are freaking out because they believe the actor and long-running character are leaving the popular Peacock soap opera.

John has been a pivotal character since the 1980s. Henceforth, it would be hard to imagine Salem without him. In June, John Black’s character on Days of Our Lives departed the show.
Seeking to atone for his past transgressions, he took a quick trip to Greece. However, he has not yet returned.
Many of his fans are concerned about the character’s future in the soap opera because of this. But there is nothing to be afraid of. John Black does not seem to be planning to leave Days of Our Lives anytime soon.
John Black, played by actor Drake Hogestyn, is still under contract and listed on the official cast list of the soap opera. His continued absence might just be the calm before a storm of drama and twits comes up in the plot.

After Konstantin’s departure, John Black was last seen on the soap opera. Now that his enemy was defeated, John traveled to Greece to make apologies and ask Konstantin’s daughter for forgiveness. He told his wife, Marlena, about his trip and called her when his plane landed.
John then went straight to Catharina’s grave. After losing contact, Steve traveled to Greece to see how John was doing.
In a shocking twist, Steve returned with no sign of John, but he did find a bloodied note at Catharina’s grave.
John’s situation and the type of threat he is facing are still unknown. Hopefully, the soap opera writers will soon solve this mystery.
