Elise Marie Stefanik born on July 2, 1984, is an American politician who has been the U.S. Representative to NY’s 21st Congressional District since 2015. She is the fourth-ranking House Republican having served as chairperson of the House Republican Conference since 2021.
Stefanik’s district spans most of the North Country and Adirondack Mountains, some parts of the outer suburbs of Utica, as well as some parts of the capital region in New York.
Stefanik, as a 30-year-old, became the youngest female congresswoman elected to the U.S. House of Representatives (New York District 21) during the 2014 election.
Elise’s early life
Elise M. Stefanik was born on July 2nd, in Albany, New York, as the daughter of Melanie and Kenneth Stefanik. She has a Czech father and an Italian mother.
Her parents own Premium plywood products which are wholesaling based in Guilderland centre.
She studied at Harvard College and later graduated with a B.A government in 2006. In 2004, she became the first woman ever to be elected as a vice president at the Harvard Institute of Politics She received an honourable mention for their Women’s Leadership Award at Harvard. Per Rep. Henry Cuellar, the Master’s Degree programme in Military Art and Science is attended by Stefanskie, Jake LeTourner and himself (as of July 2023).

Immediately after graduating from Harvard, she worked in the George W. Bush administration under the U.S. Domestic Policy Council. Later on, she served in the office of Joshua Bolten, the White House Chief of Staff.
Maggi founded an independent online space for conservative and republican ladies in the year 2009 under her nickname ‘American Maggs’.
Following the 2012 election, Stefanik acquired a property in the Willsboro neighbourhood, which lies next to Plattsburgh. For several years, her parents owned a vacation home in Willsboro.
She had a minority share of a house worth one and a half million dollars by April 2014, situated close to Capitol Hill in Washington.
In Saratoga Springs, New York, on 19th August 2017, Stefanik wedded Matt Manda, a marketing and communication professional leaderboard.” Stefanik and Manda shifted bases to Schulyer, which is near Saratoga Springs in Dec 2018.
Currently, Manda is the Public Affairs Manager at the National Shooting Sports Foundation, which is an industry/trade association of firearms manufacturers. The couple had their first child in 2021. Stefanik is a Roman Catholic.
