Andrew Capasso Leaves With Speech
Almost a week ago, Andrew Capasso posted a video on his official Facebook handle with his speech as he was leaving KOLD 13 News. He said that he had decided to leave 13 News.
He says that it was not an easy decision for him to come out of his comfort zone. It is, in fact, terrifying for him to leave like this. It is a really great challenge for him and his family.
He says it has been almost 19 years and we all love it here. He feels bad for leaving Arizona, as his two kids were born here and they have a lot of memories here.
He thanked the audience as they watched him all these nine years and loved him throughout his journey. He also thanks his wife and two kids for letting him do this and supporting him in his decision.
He mentions his co-anchors names and says that the audience is in good hands with these guys. What a wonderful human being!
He mentions how tough a decision it was for him to leave Arizona and focus on his future somewhere else. He tells the audience that his last day will be next Friday and feels sad while telling them about it.
