Alison, 49, who replaced Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard for the summer, revealed that she is preparing for a well-earned vacation. “It is quite sad that tomorrow is going to be our last show,” Dermot said somberly before making her announcement, demonstrating the palpable emotion.
Alison said, “I know, I know, my last day. I’m going on holiday, it’s time. She added: “Alison needs a break,” inciting Dermot to quip back, “We all need a break.”
Alison then added, “Even you need a break from me.”
