Copyright Policy

Updated On: February 13, 2023

We appreciate other people’s intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other relevant laws, we have established the following general policy.

Our policy is to prevent access to or remove content that we sincerely believe to be violating a copyrighted work. Users whose accounts we judge in good faith to be regularly violating copyrighted material are also disabled or terminated.

We reply to claims of violation that follow the DMCA and other relevant laws. We have designated a Designated Agent to handle copyright infringement accusations in line with the DMCA. The contact details for Our Designated Agent are listed at the end of this Policy.

Please send the Designated Agent a notification of copyright violation under the DMCA with the following details if you think your copyrighted work has been utilized on our website in a way that violates that work’s rights.

  1. Verification of the allegedly infringing copyrighted work on our website;
  2. A description of how the content in question is using the identified copyrighted work in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, as well as (a) a description of where the content in question is located on the website, with enough specificity to allow us to confirm the content’s existence; Identification of the material that you claim has violated the identified copyrighted work;
  3. Your contact details, which include your full name, postal address, phone number, and email address;
  4. A statement from you stating that you sincerely believe the disputed use of the copied works is not permitted by the law, the copyright holder, or their agents;

  6. You also provide the electronic or written signature of the copyright holder’s representative.
  7. Please send any additional information that will help us confirm with certainty the copyright status of the work you believe has been violated in addition to the above-mentioned things.

We will review your notice once we receive it. If your notice satisfies the requirements of the DMCA and we have a good faith belief that the material in question is being used in a manner that violates third-party rights, we will immediately take down or make inaccessible the infringing material.

You may write our Designated Agent a counter-notification providing the following details if content that you uploaded on our site was taken down or disabled due to alleged copyright infringement:

  1. Identification of the content that has been deleted or disabled, along with information on where it was located on the website prior to deletion or disablement;
