Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari are the creators of the Japanese manga series Oshi no Ko. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump since April 2020, with its chapters collected in 15 tankōbon volumes as of July 2024.
It is one of the best manga-to-anime adaptations in recent years. The animation is gorgeous, the character designs are unbelievable, and even the direction is perfect.
